My art is described as ‘Magic Realism’. I use imagery drawn from my sketches, from imagination, memories, photographs. The paintings reflect layers of feeling, of joy, curiosity, mystical landscapes.
They are painted in series, like ‘cold’, ‘mythology’, and ‘the souls of humming birds flying to heaven’.
